The Ground floor comprises of hallway, lounge, morning/dining room and fully equipped kitchen and shower room. The Lounge has an open fire, television, video/DVD and music centre. The KITCHEN overlooks the enclosed GARDEN area.   Well behaved DOGS are welcome on request.

The Sun Lounge leads onto to the garden area which comes complete with garden furniture and a barbecue.  

 

There are 2 double bedrooms, one with a wash basin and 1 single bedroom and a family bathroom.An additional single bed is found on the large landing.
