Terms and Conditions

Bookings are only accepted after receipt by the owner of a fully completed booking form with a minimum 25% deposit. The balance of the amount payable must be received 60 days prior to the commencement of the booking, Failure to do this will result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
Bookings run Saturday to Saturday from 4pm on the day of the commencement of the holiday to 10am prompt on the last day.
In the event of cancellation full rent is refundable only if the proprietor is able to re-let. Holiday insurance is therefore advised.
Dogs allowed by arrangement, and if approved, must at all times be kept under proper control; never being allowed upstairs.
The proprietor does not hold herself responsible for any loss, damage or personal injury, no matter how caused.
